2026 Spring Registration

Please see attachment for our Spring 2026 schedule.
All registration requests are to be submitted through our Parent Portal: Swim Apex Aquatic Club.
Current, Returning or New Swimmers, please ensure that you create your family and student accounts on the Parent Portal. This will allow you to see available class times and submit the registration requests.

NEW PROGRAM:
Pre-school Learn To Swim Lessons

Suggested age: 2.5 - 3 years old
Give your little swimmer the opportunity to explore the water independently with a swim instructor at an early age.
This program is designed as a smooth transition from Parent & Tot, helping children build confidence while participating in lessons on their own, with the instructor in the water.
Program Details
• 30-minute classes
• Semi-private setting with a 1:2 instructor-to-swimmer ratio
• No makeup classes. Each swimmer is required to purchase a 10-class swim pass. Classes are charged upon attendance

LEARN TO SWIM Prepaid Packages

For more information or to purchase a package, please contact the APEX Administration Team.
LEARN TO SWIM Prepaid Packages offer flexibility and added benefits for our swimmers:
• Lower class rate
• 15% discount on Proshop purchases
• Flexibility for makeup classes (Up to 4 missed classes credit per session. Additional missed classes will follow the regular policy of 2 makeup tokens per session.)
• Any remaining unused balance from the package can be applied to upgrade the next level prepaid package or use in register any programs.
Prepaid Package Pricing
Beginner to Level 2 (1:2, 45 mins) - $1800 (30 Classes)
Level 3 to Level 4 (1:3, 45 mins) - $1440 (30 Classes)
Level 5 to Level 10 (1:4, 45 mins) - $2100 (50 Classes)

Registration platform: Swim Apex Aquatic Club,
please review the Registration Procedures to ensure a successful registration process.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

1. Create an account or log in to your Family Account on our registration platform.

2. Select the child you wish to register.

3. Click on “See Classes” to view available options.

4. Add your preferred class times and prioritizing them to your shopping cart. Classes listed as “Waitlist” are still accepting requests. Parents can still include the “Waitlist” class at the checkout.

5. For siblings wishing to enroll together in the same time frame or form their own 1:2 semi-private setting, add all participants to one shopping cart.

6. For new swimmers, provide details about their previous learning experience in the comment session. Include the name of previous learning swim school and completed level or indicate “unsure” if unsure or “beginner” if they have no prior formal swim lessons.

7. Once you have added all of your preferred times, click “Complete Transaction” to submit your registration request.

8. Upon successful enrollment, parents will receive an email confirmation detailing your child’s class schedule.

How to Set Up Your Family Account & Student Account

1. Visit the new registration platform: Swim Apex Aquatic Club

2. Select our Woodbine location and click “Click to begin”.

3. Click on “Create Account” to initiate the set up process. This will begin by creating a Family Account under the parent or guardian’s name.

4. Once the Family Account is created, proceed to set up a Student Account. Each student enrolled will require a separate account.
